I've had conversations with Tunes tonight, he thinks I'm a fast mover, but I like to get things sorted out, if I say I will do things, I like to succeed...and it's all good.

My daughter is one of the lucky finalists in this year’s Miss Wales beauty competition and a large part of her time is currently spent raising awareness and funds for The Joshua foundation.

This is a charity in the UK that provides opportunities for terminally ill children and their families; it enables them to visit places like Disneyland, go swimming with dolphins and other special things, they would otherwise not be able to do.

So far my daughter has taken part in a money collection at the Cardiff Millennium Stadium, a ‘treasure hunt’ and last weekend she took part in a photo-shoot for a calendar, due to go on sale shortly.

She has also arranged a parachute jump in a few weeks time with one of the other contestants and a social event in a bar in the city.

After listening to 'Where Love Lives On' last night about seventy times and still being totally gobsmacked, I decided that it would be a good idea to get it up onto itunes for sale to try to raise further funds with the proceeds.

When I looked into uploading to itunes, it seems that you are unlikely to get an upload on there in six weeks and probably even as many as eight, even if you know people in the business and she doesn’t have the time for that.

But lo and behold, when Hayley got back from dinner tonight with a photographer from a Welsh magazine, I had a chat to him about the tune.

He listened to the song, it was all good!


Then he said that he has his own music site and promised me that he will have the link up for this song, for sale on Friday 9th May!

And he listened some more, and it was all good… well better than that actually he absolutely loved it…so much and told me that he knows one of the MD’s at itunes and will do his utmost to get this up on itunes within a fortnight.



Hayley is off out on another photo-shoot tomorrow and the song will also be advertised in the next edition of the magazine along with her photographs.

Hayley is a wonderful child, she is very selfless, when she was interviewed once, they asked her to recall one of the happiest times of her life. She recalled raising money for a cancer charity and how good she had felt back then.

Three Matchdoctor members sponsored her at that time - Ambient_Silence, Mystery2u888 and Knightingale362, and I can never thank them enough for what they did to encourage her, give their support and how they made her so happy.

This time, I can’t thank Tunes enough for what he has done, I only wish he could have seen her face when she listened to the song this morning, that would have paid him back more than tenfold.

If anyone would like to download the tune from the website from Friday for such a worthy cause, I will let you know how to do that as soon as I know myself.

It won’t cost very much, will be a secure site and 100% of proceeds will be spent on the terminally ill children and their families.
