We have been talking non stop for 3 days. About anything and everything. Ever since I drove up in the Magic Bus. Too much to say with mere words, to much to learn. So little time. Up all night...running all day...and now dawn is not far away again.

At last my pretty friend is resting. Her eyes are closed, her breathing soft and rhythmic.
It is late, probably 2 am or so. I pull the cotton sheet up carefully, and drape it over her shoulders..
I shuffle off to the couch, careful not to make a sound, pull back the afghan and lay my head down. She doesn't sleep for long periods, and any noise will disturb the peace she is experiencing now. I don't want to snore, so I remain on duty. And think.

She is a beautiful soul.....a woman who knows just who she is. Her heart is warm, her voice is gentle, low, very peaceful...even soothing. Her eyes sparkle, her smile lights up a dark room. She is smart, charming, and polite. Strong yet so feminine. A woman of real merit. Of substance. Of great interest.

In a couple hours I will go out to the kitchen and quietly make a pot of tea, find where she keeps the sugar, and get a little milk too. It will be ready when her eyes begin to open. She will need a little something. Appointments today! After all her work, she will finally achieve one of her goals. I am happy for her.

Sometime during the coming day, I will find one minute to sneak in a 10 minute power nap, so I can keep up with the day's activities.... So I can keep up with her.

I think we are planning on going over to the beach for a walk, and maybe bit of lunch a little later. I am pretty sure beer and some sort of fancy fish sticks will be involved during lunch.....or possibly Portuguese Red Wine ......I just never really know what to expect, which is just the way I like it.

Peaceful days, busy evenings...music and verse fly across the room! Back and forth........and the time passes quickly. Days zip by unnoticed..

Geez.....
I gotta talk to management about the durn bus schedule.

This ain't working fer me.

I need some sort red sparkly shoes or sumpthin...grrr.....click em 3 times .... when I am durn good and ready.

Gimme a ticket fer an aeroplane!
