matchdoctor provides our blogging section as a benefit and privilege for our members who want to add their blogs and thoughts to their profile.
unfortunately, a small contingent of our membership has chosen to abuse this section and use it as a playground or complaint department. that was never our intent in adding this feature to this website. we provide forums, a chatroom, instant messaging and bulletins as well as free email for everything else that's not a profile blog.
we allow you to blog here. we do not require it. we will always reserve our right to delete or modify anything that we deem is inappropriate, and that includes comments and so called blogs that are designed to stir up trouble in our matchdoctor community or that criticizes the site, its owners, or the moderating style and moderating team.
we rarely censor topics as long as it's a freestanding BLOG. but we will not allow this section to be used for other than what it was created for, especially by those who have been repeatedly warned or by those who will not control their own blogs as well as those who continue to incite, especially without cause. (~*~)
if our policies are against your principles or internet 'style', then please feel free to 'blog' or play elsewhere.
we had several days of outstanding 'real' blogging, including many contributions by those who hadn't been heard from before. we would like it to continue the trend and ask all our members who choose to blog with their 'stand alone' thoughts to continue setting the example of what a 'real blog' is.
