I read that Marilyn was a size 14-16...I have a picture of her leaning against a new caddie that Art Linkletter gave her after she did an appearance on his show...she had both beauty and grace, but she was not a little woman.

What a brilliant site!
But dang, you mean guys really GIVE those kind of gifts to their ladies?
I must have missed than memo or kind of fella
(I might go shopping, there, though ...I have no compuction of cashing in on someone else's misery ...hey, if it makes them happy, I'll oblige them...at the right price. )

Checked out the site. OMG! Cannot believe there is a site dedicated to misery! Have enough of my own for free...
You're right Marilyn was lovely. My favorite picture is one of her in a tulle skirt and bare feet. I think it's the prettiest of her. Too bad she was type cast and even seemed to play into the "dumb blonde" roles. They just never did her justice. JMO

I have given gifts like watches, gold necklaces, etc to people I have dated and I hope the men keep them and wear them. After all I gave them as gifts and I hope they remember the good times. Same with earrings and jewelry I received, I appreciate them taking the time and don't hold grudges or am angry because they are in my past. I hope anyone I have given a gift too appreciates it and would keep it. tc Lost
