In todays world, we all understand the meaning of stress. You are trying to cope without hope, and there's no relief on the horizon. Listen carefully! Jesus Christ gently says: "come to Me, all you who labor and are . . . overburdened (Heavy burdened), and I will cause (give) you to rest." Nothing complicated. Just come. He's a Master at turning devastation into restoration.

Allow Him to take your stress as you take His rest.

You will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:29)

Help us all to realize, There is untold strength and power, When we seek the Lord and find Him, In our meditation hour. (Helen Steiner Rice)

May all who seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee! (Psalms 70:4)

Today, ask God to make known His plan for you. . . . . . . listen attentively. He may just whisper it to you.
