I'm constantly hearing "things" about others, and I just say that I'll be my own judge...thank-you-very-much. Everyone has some sort of agenda, and sometimes that agenda includes knocking someone else down for personal reasons. ...besides, there's usually at least two versions of every story, and I want to hear it all if I'm going to listen to any of it.

This is a no brainer for me as I learned young to be my own person...But, sadly there
are those that are oh so quick to jump to conclusions.
My tendency is to not believe someone who will readily pass out gossip and negative
mouthings about someone else...But, someone who per My experience does not do
such things as a Norm, I tend to put more stock in their opinion, but Not All...
I think that people on here read Way too much into small things...Then after jumping to
conclusions they just Do Not Let It Go... Both Sides, keep the back biting going...
Let it go fer Crying in Your Beer  Ha, and who wants to do that!

it proves how some people can be conned into believing everything that comes out of someone's mouth......and it cost them their lives.
Trust is a good thing..... but season it with an ounce of caution...it will taste even better.

Great advice.  And I also agree with imlost. 
No one can fit everyone's expectations.........if they try then they lose who they really are. It's up to each individual to decide for themselves, there is no rule that says you have to like everyone and I can guarantee you'll lose your mind trying.

I agree, EF! I go with what I feel. When they feel yucky, no matter what anyone tells me, I don't go there. If they feel good to me, no matter what anyone says, I treat them the best! Now, sometimes the ones I do care about feel yucky, so I stay away from them til they feel better to me.
