Ok for all that are my friends most of you know that I joined a softball team and tonight was our first game! We lost ! (8-1) But boy oh boy did I ever have fun. I have not played on a team for 19 years and I must admit i loved it. In high school I played 3rd base and nothing else. Well this team had a great woman playing my postion so I have had to learn 2nd base. Tonight everyone on the other team must have read the newby sign on my forhead and 85% of the balls came at me. I was able to get 3 outs and 2 assist. I did get to bat but got out before I made it to first base and I was the designated runner for our coach once she made it to 1st, made it to 3rd base twice but then got out. But I will be the first to admit that tonight as I sat and started to relax I can feel muscle that are so sore I am wondering if I will be able to move in the morning. As I get ready for bed as sore as I am I still can't wipe the smile off my face. What a great time I had pretending I was young again not that I am that old but am way out of shape. (LMAO) But I am so happy deep inside The moral is no matter how old you are take the chance to get out there and have fun. Dont let the world pass you bye.
