Morning Angels!
This past Sunday my 26 year old daughter was in a 4 wheelin accident in where she received second degree burns on her leg, cuts, bruises and abrasions all over her body but the worse was a rather long & large gash on her forhead in where you could see her skull. She was rushed to emergency & told she has no concussion or broken bones but she has an appointment with a plastic surgeon tomorrow for that wound on her head. She's sore and her head is pounding but for the most part I feel soooooooooooooooo unbelievably blessed that she's ok. I swear... if you knew the trauma/drama/gray hairs this child has caused me all her life... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. And then I cry, big huge sobbing gulping tears of relief. She's ok. My baby girl is ok.
Please... keep her in your prayers and if you have some time, send healing to this Angel of mine. Thank you in advance.

I am sending prayers up for Amber and you also. I know what you mean, just over a month ago, my daughter was in a car wreck, and if is wasn't for the hand of God being on her, she would be dead right now. Thank God He saved her, and Thank God He saved Amber. God bless you both. Love in Christ, Tanya

My prayers go with you and your family also. I am sure you are feeling a bit more relieved by now as things have settled and you can think a bit more clearer by now and can see how God has worked yet another miracle for you and yours. Many don't see them when they are so close to home. I hope he keeps blessing you and yours. Take Care Lost

All three of my children picked up my sense of humour... it's kind of crazy in that we can genuinely laugh out loud even in the middle of chaoticness! Amber texted me at work the next day to tell me she called off work for the entire week while she heals and she jokingly said..."Mom, why don't you take the rest of the day off work & come take care of Quasimodo?" When I read this, I busted out laughing!
The plastic surgeon said her head is healing nicely and there will be minimal scarring. I didn't know it at the time but when she was in the emergency room they called in the plastic surgeon to stitch up her head so that she would have the least amount of scarring. Thursday's appointment was a follow-up. She's ok and she's back to work. Guess what she does for a living? She's an RN in the Critical Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic and also doing her month long orientation in the Thoracic Open Heart Surgery Unit of Cleveland Clinic. *sigh*
Thanks so much everyone for your prayers and your healing energy sent to my baby girl. She asked me to send you her thanks also... she's a firm believer in the power of prayer and appreicates yours.
