When it seems your world is upside down and answers are hard to come by,
remember one thing.... a wise person takes just a minute to glance back over their shoulder at the past, sticks their chin in the air and walks forward with their head held high into the future.
We can't change what's happened but we can learn a lesson not to ever let that situation happen again. ..it's called respect for one's self.

	Amen to that is for sure. I wrote a book to help me get through all of it. And now my head is high and am happy and moving on. Book will be out in 2-3 months. Love Lost Forever. I can't wait to actually see the finished copy.

	I also think we need to learn to forgive yourself as well....none of us are perfect and we are going to make mistakes....so learn from them and don't look back...keep looking forword to the next adventure in life.
