17 Massachusetts high school students pregnant just because. The pregnancy rate among high schools students at Gloucester High School is so high the school has a day care center. If that doesn't get your goat a 150 students had pregnancy tests provided by the school in 2008 in which the school had no legal obligation to inform the parents. Gee I wonder how the liberals managed that one.
Listen people. You send your kids to school to be educated. To be schooled in matters that promotes and prospers one's life. If you love your children get them out of the public school system. Save the money, borrow it or rob a freaken bank but get' em out. These schools have turned into a cesspool of liberal ideology that has done nothing but junk the once finest school system in the world.
Blame the parents? the parents are a freaken result of liberal ideology. If these were responsible people we were talking about we wouldn't be having this conversation. They are a product of the same educational learning environment.
These people are destroying the country. The red flags are up, the writing is on the wall and the end result is near. Name me one thing that has prospered under liberal ideology other then teenage birth rates, abortions, gay's, leaches, crime and degenerates. Please you liberals educate me.
In closing,
99.9% of the liberals on this site who write me haven't a freaken clue what they are talking about. They are a product of the same poor educational system that leaves them inept.
In the 70's, 80's and 90's it was all about " it's not my job " and in 2008 " you have no job ". Who's fault is that?.

Yes blame the parents! If those kids were getting enough love and attention at home they wouldn’t need to go looking for something to take it’s place… I don’t want to hear it’s the Liberals fault.. Unless you go take a head count on who is and how many liberals are really there, you can’t say it’s their fault.. You can’t blame it on the school system, because some things should be taught at home… leaning doesn’t begin in the class room, it begins with the parents! No, I’m not a liberal. No I’m not a teacher nor do I work in the school system… Some things should be just plain common sense. Where were the parents when these girls were making this pact and finding boys and men to make this happen?
When my Daughter was under age, and living at home… I was all into her business.. I knew where she was and what she was doing every moment of the day… yes even if I was at work! I had neighbors and phones, and we had trust. Not because it was given, but because she earned it!

It all boils down to one simple fact...
Keeping your damn legs closed.
(Yes now I know all the young mom's will hate me but I don't care...There is no excuse for getting pregnant when you are that young. Yes I know it happens...Yes I know people fall in love...IT has happened to lot's of girls I know. It's not the schools fault or the parents. IT is the fault of the people who enjoyed the act of procreation.)
One more thing...Some girls that do get pregnant young go on to excel, I know of one in particular, some go on to have more kids that get pregnant as teenagers...Right now in my communtity, 15 seems to be the proper age to be knocked up...What was I thinking giving birth at 25?
It's not a new thing either. Just more out in the open now. These days when young girls get pregnant they aren't shipped off until they have the baby. They are right in your face.
And just cause I want to add this I will...There are alot of good points to being gay and young...You don't end up having any unwanted pregnancies

I was shocked when I heard about the girls in Mass that got pregnant......It takes a lot to shock me these days. So many crazy things happening in this world.
I have to say that the school system has no right to promote KIDS having sex. Giving them pregnancy tests?? Seriously! Why are these kids not educated on birth control. I am going to be honest and say that I had sex at 17.....I was scared to death of getting pregnant. I had a serious boy friend who became my husband. Yes, that is not the norm but I went to Planned Parenthood and got me some PILLS!!!! CONDOMS?? There are shots that you only have to get every three months.
I had a bad childhood....my mother did not take care of us. I did not go looking for love.....I guess I have no sense of reasoning as to why these girls would make some kind of pact to get preggers. Maybe they should be thinking about why these girls made this decision and why so many are getting pregnant????? Pro-Active......

is there really a choice for those of us with the ability to think for ourselves and not just follow blindly things that were tought to us by our parents who may not be the brightest people in the world?

In 1971, my high school of 800+ students had 21 pregnancies. It was still the day and age of pre-abortion, and students being sent off frequently to live with relatives until the birth.
It was a school in Boondocks PA...redneck town, conservative to the max, and ya know what...kids were humpin each other, with all sorts of myths in their heads as to how one became pregnant. I ran for student union president (we got rid of the student council two years before) and one of the platforms was to bring information on birth control to students, with the goal at some point being to insure condom availability at the school.
Now...just to get the timeline straight...21 pregnancies BEFORE I introduced any progressive idea like helping kids protect themselves. Churches were doin their job trying to keep the kids in the previous century. Parents screamed when they heard of possible condom availability in the school, while failing to scream about the insane rate of pregnancy. So much for good religious values...fear safety, support ignorance.
Hmmm...school district had issues with parents and "Of Mice and Men"...
Imagine that...all that enlightment....gives me chills!
Yep...fear liberals...makes sense to me...

It's the liberal ideology. These kids have no morals whatsoever. What good does it do parents to stress moral behavior in the home only to have those morals torn a part in the public school system?
Private schools don't have a pregnancy problem to this extent. Not even close. Again, deny, deny, deny. The high school has a freaken day care center.

I agree with just keeping your legs together if ya don't have the sense to use the pill, condom or whatever. There is no reason for anyone to have an unexpected pregnancy today. but these girls got pregnant deliberately.

Who is to blame? Hell, blame the girls. Information is too readily available on the net, TV . Blame the parents? For me that's a stretch.
I preached and preached to my son for years.If a girl tells you she is on birth control, don't believe it, He should take responsibility for the situation as well.

Just last week a 16 year old boy in a very small town near me found out he got a girl pregnant.
He killed himself. 16 years old. The teenage girls i work with were devastated. I told one girl that there is no reason as stated above, for anyone to get a surprise pregnancy.
Hell, at 16 I had never even been kissed yet!

My parents were very strict and anything I did was my own fault and not theirs. Having said this, they were loving, so if I got pregnant, it was totally my own fault. Those kids need to take the responsibilily for themselves, I am sure they were taught just as we were. Now comes the responsibility of the guys, especially if it's one guy. He had sex with a minor, which he knows was wrong. He's gonna have tons of child support with many children now, so that homeless guy better get a job.Or do they just want a welfare check off the system? Thats a bunch of crap. I know in some states like Wisc. they are only letting them have welfare for like two years and expecting them to support themselves after that time by getting educated and offering free childcare. Most states need to adopt that same kind of theory and stop encouraging benefits. tc Lost
