The Fairness Doctrine

Somewhere as we grow up the fairness doctrine that we were taught and that is built within us naturally seems to fade or totally disappear as we age. Worst yet, purposely disposed of it as though it was a sporting event with a grin.

As parents, we teach and tell our kids to be fair; we correct them immediately when they cross the line. Yet, as we grow, we seem to find justifiable ways around the fairness doctrine. I tried my hardest to hold onto the doctrine with my entire valor because I am afraid if I don't, I will become too cynical and lose my faith in mankind.

Our government leaders, parents, teacher’s police officers…etc are suppose to be the one’s who uphold this important moral tradition. When people witness these people abuse it for their own selfish motives, of course the contemptible domino effect will infect those who saw these leaders as their prime example.

As the fairness doctrine fall so does our society, if you want proof of what I say, just look at what is happening around you. Political leaders, police officers, parents and teachers …etc are being arrested on a daily basis.

So, please hold onto your personal doctrine with the utmost grip and give our children a strong foundation to work from. Remember, your actions will affect many generations of your family long after you past.

I will point out that if you are in the woods and a pack of wolves want's to have you for dinner, "the fairness doctrine", never crosse's their mind.
Something to think about in regard to mankind.
