This is an update of sorts about my total situation. I thought after filing Chapter 13, things would smooth out, but so far no deal. I am now in charge of EVERYTHING. My business is a sole proprietership, and I have never run a business alone.
My yard is dying, I cant seem to get the RV cleaned out soon enough for it to be repoed. I need and want to have a yard sale, but with the back yard needing attention too, (which is where I need to have it so that i dont have to haul things too far), and again, pretty much doing it alone, I dont know when I can get around to it.
I was going to open a small partnership, adding my only driver and my daughter on to the company, but was informed by the attorney-since the paperwork says sole proprietership, I would be in trouble to change it. I could even go to jail!!! 
I feel so overwhelmed yet AGAIN! 
Even though all this is going on and MORE!, there are bright spots, such as my family and friends, my dancing, my writing, and my God!
My book is out there and I am eternally greatful for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just have to continue to try and concentrate on, "One day at a time"
