Here is another case of teenagers with nothing better to do...I can't believe that people just watched and let this poor man get beat down and nobody did anything. 
Just like a few weeks ago when a man caught on video got run down by a motorist people just stood there with their thumb up their ass and didn't even bother to check on let alone help the poor guy.
I know if it was me...I would have grabbed those f***in punks by the neck and gave them a case of street justice. But then knowing the laws....I would have been prosecuted...go figure? 
People, when are we going to help our fellow man...what is this mentallity if I get nothing from it...f*** it?

Police say teens beat homeless Ohio man to death Fri Jun 27, 2:10 AM ET
A group of teenagers beat a homeless man to death as passers-by slowed to watch the attack, some of which was caught on videotape, police said.
Anthony Waters, 42, suffered a lacerated spleen and broken ribs during the attack Wednesday night and died at a hospital, police said.
"The pack mentality going on in the city of Cleveland must end," police Commander Calvin Williams said Thursday at a news conference where he urged the attackers to come forward.
Portions of the attack were caught on a surveillance camera outside a towing company on the city's east side. Police said the videotape shows passing cars slowing to watch three teens attack Waters until he staggered into the parking lot, where he was assisted by employees of the towing company.
"It was just horrifying the way he looked," said Marlo Massey, Waters' sister, who saw her brother's body after the attack. "They beat him to death and I just can't stop thinking what was on his mind while it was happening."
Waters suffered from blunt abdominal trauma, a head injury and damaged internal organs, the Cuyahoga County coroner said.
The attackers, who appeared to be between the ages of 14 to 17, robbed Waters of a music player and headphones, police said. No arrests have been made.
Waters was a welder by trade but had been staying at a Cleveland-area homeless shelter, said Paul Eadeh, a friend.
"He's a good guy, a hardworking person," Eadeh said. "He was just trying to make some money to eat and to live."
Eadeh said Waters worked odd jobs for him at a beverage store.

I know what you mean, I'm a woman and won't stand by and let anyone, man or woman get beat by anyone, I just have to jump in and try to save the one who is down or I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror the next day. Aren't we suppose to help the weak? I agree even if it means you might get hurt, the least one can do is try. A few bruises always go away but you might have saved someone's life. tc Lost

I honestly think we are seeing a division in social thinking, the "I cares" and the "I dont get a rats ass" mentalities. People are going to bark about the gun laws but as you see from this story if they really want to destroy a life the will use their hands, feet, whatever.
I think we are going to see the gap in mentalities get even wider. Last week there was a story of a guy that was shot as he was beating his 18 month old along side the road. Several people stopped tried to get him to stop but it finally took the police landing a heliocopter in a field and shooting him to stop him. They couldn't save child, and had to kill the man to stop him. another story about a couple in chicago I think that had adopted a young child, and it was found they had broken one leg, cigerette burns all over and he had been sodomized. He was three.
Deffinately a division in the way people are thinking these days.

Political correctness along with society, laws giving minors as many rights as adults but not the consequences to their actions.
These little punks probably never had a good spanking in their lifes or perhaps they may have been beaten, who knows. We've all seen these spoiled rotten little bullies and you just imagine what goes through their minds to do what they do to another human being. We are in about the 3rd generation of
"I don't give a shit about anyone but me. If you have something I want I'm going to take it, your car, your money, your stuff. If I have to kick your door in and shoot your babys to get your stuff. I don't need your stuff cuz mommy and daddy give me everything I want. Cuz mommy and daddy are weak like you. They're so busy with their lifes they could give a shit about me, so I take everything I want from them and maybe get a time out or sent to my room which is great, thats my world anyway, my drugs, my internet, my girlfriend, if I feel like screwin her in my parents home, cool, at least mommy and daddy know where I am at. Their so stupid, but they'll try the power trip with me. Their not smart enough to even think they can rule this game. Now, I'll just take what I want from the rest of the world".
Anyone do the history and disprove this: Since prayer was banned from public education in 63 I believe, public school student's grades have declined accordingly. Since corporal punishment in schools was banned, boom, kids rule. This all is just my opinion of course so I don't need a source, I have eyes and ears and I have 4 sons that went through the public school system. Thats my source. Fortunately I still believed in a good swat on the ass or two wasn't going to cripple my little angels.
I don't care if non-christians, non-jews want to disagree, its fact. No rights, no wrongs, Niche' theories are strong. If it feels good, do it.
Who the hell are these people holding the video cameras watching this evil unfold. They need their asses kicked too. What, we need to see someone visually get murdered so we can feel the disgust because we are so dissensitized that life doesn't mean much anymore, but good f*(king video does.? The camera person thinks, wow, this may make it on the news, coooool.

Pack of teenagers giving a 40 year old man, a DEADLY beat down,,,,, and you are mad that I didn't STOP MY TRUCK AND GET OUT TO HELP HIM.....Have you lost your mind? What part of "They are beating that guy to death" did you not get?
I did my best, I slowed down, called 911 on the cell, and gave a description.... and that's all I can do. I can't defend this guy, cause I'm not taking on a pack of rapid teens without some measure of equalizing the odds, and that would be illegal. It is up to that 40 year old man, to defend himself, because the laws will not let me do it for him. Hell, if they did, I would have pulled the rifle out of the back glass, and dropped two of the little shits before they even knew where the shots were coming from. The others would have to either run, or start bleeding on the ground in short order.
BUT I CAN"T DO THAT. I CAN NOT COME TO THAT GUYS RESCUE, HE IS ON HIS OWN. JUST AS MUCH AS A ANYONE OF YOU WOULD BE ON YOUR OWN IN THE SAME SITUATION.
I can't jump in and help that man, or I go to jail. Even if I don't go to jail, I get to face countless hours in the court room, defending myself from the civil suits the little shit's surving family members are sure to hit me with,,,,,, it's dumb, it's crappy, but that's the way it is..... The big Zebra doesn't run back to help the slow one who the lions got.....
Becuase we keep looking for excuses to let these preditors of society off the hook, we have no choice but to resort to the herd mentaility of defense. "They are going to get some of us, but not all of us."
It's the same logic as asking a kid, "You and your friends are suddenly being chased by a pit-bull, what are you going to do.",,,,, in the past when I have asked this question, the answers ranged from run, to everyone will stand together and fight the dog..... now the answer is...."I'll kick the fat kid in the ankle and run."
We can't blame anyone but ourselves. The supreme court strikes down the death penalty in LA for child rapist, and BARLY (4 to 5) upholds the rights of the Amercian Public with regard to the second ammendment, and that descision took over 5 YEARS. (If Bush had not been president, this vote surely would have gone the other direction. This is no big endorsement for the man, just a statement of fact.)
If the country would extend the GOOD SAMARITAN PROTECTION laws, to cover the defense of people under attack,,,,, I could have saved that man,,,, from 300 yards, in high wind.
But in the end, who cares. He was homeless, and did not contribute to society in a meaningful way, and I kept me and my family safe....... is that the mentality we want. If these guys were beating up a priest,,,,, would anyone have stopped? Probably not.,,,,, Why should I expose myself to danger, when all I get is greif for it?
I'm sure these little shits probably had a record,,,,, and if we had euphanized them then,,,, we wouldn't be having this discussion now. If they catch em,,,, they should be euphanized now. While it might not stop the preditors still out there, and it might not be an effective deterent, I submit these guys will not repeat their crime if we put a bullet in their head.
But that is cruel punishment. So we are content to wring our hands about societies ills, the monsters we create. We say it's too bad when the preditors take someone,,,,, but we don't fight to either change the laws, or anything. It's ashame really.
Please, all the people who think this line of reason is barbaric, or cruel, or unfair to the poor disadvantaged teens,,,,, do not apply for victims assistance on my tax dollar when they the preditors take one of yours. Don't cry on the blog spaces about your loss, and the emptiness of your home at the end of the day. Knit the little shits a sweater, buy a carton of fags, and go visit the poor unfortunate teens at the minimum security juvenal facility. They will live there unitl released upon thier 18th birthday, with their records sealed so they don't even have to answer for their actions during the trial for their next offense.
I was just pleased as punch to hear, that Charlotte NC is forming neighborhood watch programs, which will be ARMED. The founder was a guy who was trying to break up a robbery, and he took a bullet for his troubles. He is ready to fight fire with fire. I'm ready to stand with him.
I note, the teens in your post, did not shoot the poor fellow. What, they had no guns? I thought the guns were the problem,,,, not the socially and morally bankrupt shits we let run the streets, unchallenged.
I don't care what the cause is,,,, if it be lack of prayer in schools, lack of corporal punishment, break up of the family unit, liberalized correction system, rap music, Oprah, Jerry, Bush, Obama,,,,,, I don't care. The causes will be mute, if we change our laws, arm ourselves, and start killing the little shits on the spot. No trial, no reports to file, no $50,000 a year to keep them locked up, no chance for repeat offense, no nothing.
Then, I don't think we should face a Civil Action, as the little bundles of moma's joy, ASSUMED THE RISK OF DEATH, when they started laying out thier little beat down.
In the backward part of the country where I live, we don't pet rapid dogs,,,, we dispatch them, with great prejudice.

 I know what your saying...........many just sit and observe.. ....and keep there mouths closed.........nobody wants to get involved and there doors close.....   I don't understand it.......it's the same everywhere.........someone here blogs about abused women, children .......whatever the case......I see hardly anyone commenting ...........other blogs they get tons of comments......................right there tells me once again..........it's amazing how they will look away.................I will never understand it

This man may have been homeless but he had a right to live just like everyone else in ths world. He had the right to go around in life not be beaten by anyone just because he was homeless. We are lucky we are not homeless.
His sister should be given the chance to give a whipping on those kids to see how it feels. Cain the jerks in plain sight of everyone this is what you will get if you act this way also.... Only my thought.... TA TA

I have observed that most animals take better care of their offspring than humans do. There was a time in my life when I found myself homeless and I was warned to stay away from the clean cut kids from the suburbs. They seemed to take great pleasure in pounding the shit out of defensless men and women while their parents were busy working for that brand new SUV or Motorhome. And if by chance these little pricks get caught ..you can bet mom and dad will spring for the best lawyers...be careful out there folks.
