Personally I don't like it either but MD provides blogs for free and certainly has the right to monitor, restrict and limit as they wish. The intent could be for a variety of reasons including expense.

Servers aren't cheap folks. I have an HP that cost $17,000.00 alone. I'm sure they have plenty of other associated costs. How many of you would open a business then give your product away for free? then listen to the free cheap asses complain about it or cause more problems then what they are worth.

MD has paying members, bread and butter that may not agree or find the mayhem beneficial nor what one would expect from a dating service. I'm an appreciative freeloader hence, in no position nor frame of mind to ask or plead.

In closing,

Call a newspaper and ask them for free space to rebut. Perhaps if those of you could find it in your heart and good conscious to pony up a whopping, what is it $80.00 a year/ $6.00 a month it would add some weight and or economic incentive to change the policy.

If you are unwilling then be an appreciative freeloader like myself and shut the hell up.

	Because they didn't say the servers were to expensive they said that the Mods were kept too busy by having to monitor the pain is the patuti blogs wars. When they made the rule I wrote a blog titled "please say it is a server issue". Bot NOOOOOOOOOO. that is when I told them just do a cut and paste and letter telling them to use the available tools. I even went so far as to join in a forum post in the help section. Geez that was such a joke, It was so far out of context in two pages I dropped out and they locked the thread after 4 pages. I mean really Long you are one of the more contraversial bloggers here do you have any problem using the tools available? You just put up with all the crap people throw at you, or you dispute it, but YOU deal with it. That is all I am saying, everyone should deal with their own issues, I can tell by your blog title or first couple of lines that are showing whether I am going to read your blog or not. WTF it isn't that big of deal to say to myself "pass". LOL J

	You know jayej, Bernie Taupin wrote a lyric for Elton John called Roy Rogers. In it he sings " I'd rather have ham in my sandwich than cheese but complaining wouldn't do any good ". It doesn't matter what MD's reasoning is they own the site. When you pony up a $100,000.00 to open your own Jayejbloglandmassacre.com you can allow all the comments you want. As I said in my blog, perhaps if the complainers were paying members it may give some incentive to change the policy.

	True, no one has the right to complain. If you want your own rules... dig deep into the books, take some courses and with a little programming technology just start your own website, however once you see all the bs & headaches involved you wish you hadn't. On another note your naked pic blogging could have been a lot more fun if we were able to comment again . Isn't that what we SHOULD be doing on here, having fun

	Sorry but wrong is wrong Wake up MD and do the right thing and be fair 3 comments on blogs is the right thing to do. And yes is does cost money to run this site Oh is that why I pay MD every month Yes I am a paying member and have the right to have more then 1 post per blog

	No one has the right to complain? If you pay for something then maybe you have the right, but only to do it once! So say it all and never comment on it again. Only get to know people from one comment. Don't bother to re visit a blog because you can no longer comment on it. If you argue with a neighbor do you need a MOD to step in? Are we children or adults? Boo Hoo if your feelings are hurt but to have someone tell you that the argument is over because THEY say so? Grow up.....................

	Well, goodness...I know I revisit blogs! I don't let the one comment rule stop me...if I have something more to say to somebody, I use email, or I invite them to a forum thread....that's what those tools are for, right? I also enjoy reading what others might have to say on a particular blog....and if I have already commented but want to address a comment that came later, guess what? I still have forums and email! Isn't that wonderful? And to think that all these tools have been given to me FREE from this wonderful site! And as far as arguments with a neighbour...if somebody is breaking the laws of the city, I guess I might need to call the police...wouldn't you? Psst....Long....I think your Naked Truth blog would make a FANTASTIC forum thread!

	forum thread The forums are filled with mostly a bunch of wannabe's. I was reading a section Religion & Spirituality and couldn't believe the stupidity. Public school graduates acting as religious scholars. I went on to the politics and current events and nothing but babble. Tell me, have you ever had someone ask a question that lacks the intelligence or educational background to understand the answer? That's what most of forum's remind me of. Not all of them nor all the people but most of them.
