We have all read stories about dumb crooks, but this one simply takes the cake. A man from Memphis robbed a bank just south of there in Southaven, MS, and got back into Memphis before anyone could catch him. Well, a week later he robs the same bank. He was spottedcoming into the bank, so the bank alerted police and he was caught. No mask, even!
