A Note about Oil Executives............

One thing you can count on from the dems, liberals and our mission code green folks is a one sided debate or thought. They're kind of like my ex-wife. Sure what everybody else should be doing but seemingly leave themselves out of the mix.

We hear plenty from these people about oil executives and there lavish salaries but never do they turn that hypocritical magnifying glass on their own. Example: How much do you think the following people make per year.

- Al Gore
- David Letterman
- Oprah
- Rev. Jesse Jackson
- Ellen DeGeneres

What purpose or public service does people like Ellen Degeneres fulfill that is deserving of a 33.2 million dollar a year salary package?. Oprah, I'm not even going to go their.

In closing,

The liberal vocal point of " do as I say not as I do " seems to resonate well with the lazy hypocritical segments of the American population. Oprah Winfrey makes $111,500.00 " per hour ". Howard Stern $ 150,000.00 " per hour ".

Yep, them damn oil executives, a bunch of over paid do nothings.

Where do adveertisers get the money? you the consumer. One is no different then the other. It would seem that you have a problem with an oil C.E.O. earning $50 million dollars a year while having no problem with Oprah earning $225 million a year.

	Long ranger: It is apparent that you are a democrat hater and a die hard republican. You believe dearly in your party's doctrine. also, you have a few people that you blame for the worl problems. Al Gore - David Letterman - Oprah - Rev. Jesse Jackson - Ellen DeGeneres I also think you left off this list a few people. But the price of oil is not because of these people. It is all centered on the stock market, American Commerce Department, and an un regulated market. Special interest (under your present president) wrote the present energy laws and hid them in the Enron package. I hope you remember Enron. so, the big picture is like this, Filty rich people who have relocated their headquarters to Dubai and London are buying up oil and holding it for higher prices--called futures. They raise the price at the distince odor of a fart. Now lets look at your people that you do not like and blane. All Gore--he receives a great check from the US for being a Vce president and senator. He makes his money on speaches and has become a champion of the clean air act. David Letterman--a talk host person who makes his money and living on getting people to watch his show. Oprah--she is a TV show host who has made her wealth and fame from people watching her and she has appealed to may people. You do not have to watch her. People like her and companies pay deasrly to have her show run. Jackson: another self appointed paracite that loves to get involved and to have a mike and camera infrom of him. There are too many of these people to even list here. Ellen---another show biz gal that loves to get attention. It is bad that these people determine you life. I do not like GW Bush, Chenney, Karl Rove or Motor Mouth McCain (there is a name for soldiers that talk freely with their captures). But I do not let them rule my life. Hell we even deal with you on here--right Cookie--smiles.

Oprah has a talk show in which makes $175 million dollars more per year then any oil executive and to people like you that's O.K. All Gore--he receives a great check from the US for being a Vce president and senator. He makes his money on speaches and has become a champion of the clean air act. Tell me, what does a vice president of the united states make? $198,600 per year. When Al Gore was running for president his net worth was $1 million dollars? Today it's a $100 million dollars from his global warming farce and you people don't bat a freaken eye.

	I (and I could be wrong) believe our country,s biggest problemis the LOBBYST--------who pay our elected politicians --the get elected but the voter---should be outlawed.----------They go into a politicians offices and give the elected politicians gift and contributions---to help get a bill passed for them(lobbyst--big oil and etc) To me--if you tried to give a GIFT-to a cop-who caught for speeding--it would be called a bribe-----AGAINST THE LAW--but since our elected officials make the laws-----the politicians can get away with the LOBBYST --GIFTS---THE LOBBYST SHOULD BE OUTLAWED AND THE ----BILL SHOULD BE PUT ON A BALLOT AND LET THE PEOPLE VOTE ON IT-NOT POLITICIANS---JUST LIKE POLITICIANS SALARY-IT SHOULD BE PUT ON A BALLOT TO THE PEOPLE TO VOTE ON--OF COURSE, AFTER WE ALL CAME BACK FROM VACATION
