We've all met at least one of them in our lifetime. They must always be the star at center stage and will do whatever it takes to be noticed. I deal with this persona every day....the term I use is attention aggressive rather than attention seeker. She is small, has short black hair, huge eyes, and a way with her paw that does not allow anyone to ignore her. She has 'the look' down pat and has no hesitation at running up to strangers saying...."aren't I cute", "aren't I adorable", "don't you just love me at first site"....and it works.... Her theme song goes something like this.....Look at me....I'm Nonie Lee....Cute as cute as cute can be....

So how do I deal with this 'problem child'....not much I can do but....love her....

And just for the record....Sophie keeps her in check when this behavior gets out of control....by strolling in and looking forlornly up at the one who is fussing over Nonie. Works every time....the sympathy ploy....

This is how they get all the treats from everyone who comes by the house or meets them out in the community...."awwwwwwww they are sooooooo cute"....if they only knew....
