The Pre Wedding Hen Party I had this past Saturday was lots of fun! EOG and Kathy showed up first. Kathy told me about her Hawaiian wedding just two weeks ago! She is going to let me borrow her palm tree!  EOG had lots of ideas, and has offered to store my wedding stuff!  A HUGE thank you T! Kathy also shared her wedding pictures, and boy does she have some GOOD ONES!
Tamak was the next one to arrive, she jumped right in helping with things. Soupie came a little later, and had the Hawaiian Wedding Cake in hand for everyone to try.  It was even better then the one she made me for my birthday. She and Tamak have volunteered to make the one for the wedding! Hope you all like pineapple! 
We made chocolates, and so glad we did. We discovered what NOT to do.  You can NOT color white chocolate with paste food coloring! It doesn't get hard, but very sticky, won't come out of the molds! oooops...  (It is fun to dig it out and lick it off your fingers)
Tamak, Soupi and I made a Walmart run... 
Tamak spent the night Saturday night, and Soupi came back after church. Knitengale stopped by and we finally cooked! (I felt so bad for not having things ready on Sat.) Had my ex husband not stopped by, and stayed for TWO hours,  I would have had things ready. We also made a run to Dollar General and I showed them some ideas I had from there. Tacky, tacky tacky this wedding is gonna be!

Hens and a pooch? Where the cats at, Luvs? They'd have had a field day in all that colour there... paw trails everywhere? Hmmm Hawaiian cake whoah...
Nice to see happy people, hope you don't mind a male gatecrasher!  
PS I'll be setting off the cats thread again at some point... let me get my filthy paws ready first...

I wish I could have been there....it looks like you all had a blast.
Chocolate tip.......go to Wilton.com and look under Candy for Candy melts they have 12 different colors to choose from for making chocolate candies. They even have Palm tree, flip flop sandals, seashell and sea creature molds for the candies. They even have the coloring to add to the white chocolate to make your own custom colors.

Thanks for inviting me, Luvy...I had a blast!!!!!!!!  It was wonderful, seeing everyone again, we picked up right where we left off from in May, what awesome women 
Luvy you are so creative, and I am sooo jealous  Its so much fun, spending time with you, I never know what you are going to come up with next...I LOVE IT! I am sure going to miss your laugh when you move to FL, we will have to burn up my cell phone minutes 
Please, Please, Please be careful on your way to FL. I am so happy for you, you have a VERY special man waiting on pins and needles for you to be in his arms again *sigh*.  Remember to come up for air and eat once in awhile

Thanks for having us over to play with food and crafts!! It was the coolest thing for me! I was so happy to see you all again.
I think you have the most creative mind I have ever seen! You ideas for the wedding and the other things you have done in the past are priceless! I can paint...but to come up with the things you did....never!
I cant wait to see it all come together there at the wedding
