Obama opponents may as well just come out and claim he's "playing the equality" card. Because that's how pathetic, akward, and transparent all their other claims are. I keep telling my repub/neo-con buddies that the tactic of repeating a false claim over and over, thinking that it will come true, is a mantra that's not going to bring them to an elighten place in the election. But my words fall on death ears. So I'm sitting back waiting to see what kind of lame and silly trick they're going to come up with next.
There there.....I know equality is a concept that's frightening to a lot of us. I know that the politics of fear, division, and false claims---repeated like a mantra by all the repub/neo-con "talking heads", has worked in the past. That is if "working" is what you really want to call it. Cause from where I sit it seems to be back-firing on you now.
If you want a possible mantra that's going to work try this one:
"truth is not the enemy"....."truth is not the enemy"......or you can just chant like the Obama suppoter cheering Obama on chanting "yes we can"......"yes we can"
.....try your own mantra perhaps like
'yes we can tell the truth" ......"yes we can live in a coutry where we all truly treat each other as equals"......."yes we can accept that Bush has ruined the chances of a Republican being elected President for eternity" ....or just chant what I do to help me relax
