Scrabble is one of my favorite games. I am not very great at it. I rate barely above average as a player based on the computer game score comparisons. I am not a very competitive player. I reaally don't care who wins and I don't feel you can play any "learning game" where anyone loses. Lately I learned to play Upwords which I like just as much and I have always love the word games Boggle, Probe and Spill & Spell.
The problem here is that these games require a partner. I spend most of my time alone so there is nobody to match wits with. My computer version of Scabble went haywire and the computer opponent (maven) always won regardless who got the most points. If he had started losing regardless who got the most points I might still have the game on my computer... but like I said I am not a competitive player!
