The fire rages on in the fire pit............

But in the quiet calmness of my living room,
the lanterns are glowing softly.
the candles are flickering in the peacefulness of darkness.

Music is soft and low......

and I wonder,

is she thinking about me?
does she know how much I think of her?
will she ever make herself known?

Life is all about change.....
and change is all about living......

every day poses a new beginning,
to rethink, to begin anew.....

perhaps,
she already has !
