oh lordy! where to begin. first off, i thank the good lord that he is always with me. this morning i was heading home, and i had stopped at the stop sign on the corner. i looked both ways, looked to my left twice! always do cause there's a truck that always parks there and blocks view. i saw NOTHING!! both times. so i started to cross the street when all of a sudden i see this car adn hit my brakes. if the car had swerved one inch we'd have missed, but the girl(she just got her license) panicked and swerved into me. me, her mother and the girl were not hurt, but my car's front bumper ended up across the street and my light on drivers side is shattered. her front panel was smushed and she had a flat tire.
i reckon it's my fault cause failure to yield thingy. but i thank the good lord that the responding cop is a good friend of the family. he kept me calm and all and said he'd check up on me tomorrow. thank god for friends.
i now need to come up with a transmission cooler for the car and a headlight. it could have been worse. now here's where the prayers come in. please say a prayer or two in thankfulness that no one was hurt, and ask the good lord to please bless us with the money to get the transmission cooler and get it put on.
the car drives, but now i have to put in a couple quarts when i want to go somewhere. it could have been worse. it could have been alot worse.
i want to cry. i just want to cry.

I'm SO glad you are ok!!! Tomorrow no doubt you will be very stiff and sore and be sure that you pay attention to how you feel because we can have injuries we don't know about.
The car is a thing... it's replaceable... you aren't!

Your covered , GOT MY PRAYER OF THANKS ---------Things like that can shake you up . You will be sore but very Grateful like you said. Tomorrow will be a better day . Make yourself a nice pot of Chucken soup and don,t forget to send some to an elderly neighbor , A DOUBLE THANKS .

i plan on it. i think the nearest one is 22 miles away, but i can get a ride from a friend, i'm sure.

thank you everyone! paul talked to his dad and his dad didn't think the part would be expensive and that it would be fairly easy to put on.
