..........Well, I am finally home after a trip to see my new g-daughter


And I now have proof positive that beauty and intelligence skips a generation!

Oh...did I mention she takes after ME????

Seriously...she is absolutely gorgeous...having parents of a mixed race brought out the beauty of both parents.

She has straight, thick black hair, very lite tan skin, and green eyes....

When she was born, she was so light, my son-in-law made the remark.."she is
CLEAR WHITE!!"

My g-son looked at his dad and said..."UHHHM......are you sure she is ours???"


Anyway....it was sooo hard to leave them all...I told them I had room in my purse for her...and would send them updated emails to let them know how she was doing.

My g-son said I better make more room, cuz he was going wherever SHE was going.....

So now I am home...a few hundred bucks lighter....*remember, I once said new babies are a shopping excuse*....and having baby withdrawels...

Damn...I am SOOOO blessed.....
