And we would sway and sing together, sweet little girl breath against my neck as her body let go of another day. Thank you so much for that sentence. It brought back memories of dancing with my granddaughter when she was just a toddler. I would sing to her that old Alabama song, "and we'll be dancing, shaking on the boulavard". Not too long ago she asked me what that song was I used to sing to her. She's much too big to pick up and cuddle now. I'm so glad she has a little sister I can dance with.
