Your Gift

A few helpful words for those in the need
So open your mind as this poem you do read

If your'e lucky enough in your journey through life
To finally find that wonderful husband or wife

Feel fortunate and grateful that your peace has arrived
Be thankful your heart and soul has survived

Sometimes people searching are without this love
Give up hope,stop trying,and blame the heavens above

Much patience is needed, knowing that one day
Your true love will arrive and with you it will stay

This new feeling of love will erase all memories of bad
Sharing your heart helps you no longer feel sad

All my hope was once gone, my heartbeat a lonely sound
But since then my gift was opened,my true love I have found

So if your'e down on yourself and your heart needs a lift
Patiently wait for your true love, it's lifes greatest gift.
