	Establishing reasonable boundaries in any relationship is absolutely necessary. It is the foundation of mutual respect and a relationship without respect is unhealthy and perverse. Those who do not respect boundaries are usually control freaks and are best to be avoided. I enjoyed your blog ..thankyou...

	Sling your rotten food, throw your rusty knives, but you won't be doing it on my back. I may love you as friends, but I love myself more. That too is a requirement as well you know. To love ones self first. Because if I don't, you will have no clue how to love me. So I'm just gonna turn my back, grab my vag and be cool. Way to respect your boundaries, gf! Loved this!!!

	All of us have friends and family that just don't want to take control of their own life. The hard part is when you are set up in the middle. My thought here is this. Do you want to be the one that makes their choices in the future? Let them work this out on their own. Two positives will occur here....You can be friends with both and you are not the one that can be blamed for whatever happens between them... Sometimes adults want someone to do what they know they themself have to do.

	There are friends that appreciate us. There are phony friends that use us - they only care about what we can DO for THEM. They are incapable of caring for someone OTHER THAN themselves. Having been around control freaks ( and micro- managers) my whole life - I started researching what can be done to deal with them. The consensus is "get away from them", as they have to admit their problem and seek help for their immense fears that drive them to be the way they are.

To even think about letting that person near me is like an invitation to have my Heart Broken Again. You are too busy living it that you do not see that there is emotional abuse from this same indiviudal or one just like the past one She is Right...Stop, Stop for as LONG AS IT TAKES TO STEP BACK OR AWAY FROM THE SITUATION..Then You will see the Real Truth. 	Now there is nothing wrong with being attracted to someone who provides a sense of mystery or excitement, I think it is when you are stressed more than you are laughing that you need to stop and reassess things the answers that are in front of them will require them to make some very difficult choices. If they could grab hold of that drama, make it stand still for a moment, they would see that it is not the moment and heartache that they are currently in that they are afraid of...it's actually knowing that it is THEM that is in control. I need to keep telling myself this M....maybe one day i'll listen...hugs girlie
