Just wanted all my friends to know.
After 25 years of successfully Polluting my lungs
With an aweful habit, as of October 14th this year
i will have been Smoke-free ONE YEAR!!!!!
I love the difference loosing that habit Makes in my life!!!

I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend
and the Holidays are all you hope for!!!

	I don't know ya, but I DO KNOW how difficult it is to give up the habit. Well, after a year, I'm betting that you've licked it...Be aware, sometimes little twinges come back to give you the urge to try it again...just once. Don't do it...even if ya have to eat a jelly donut to kill the urge... I gave up smoking many years ago and I'm so thrilled that there's no more coughing, no terrible tobacco smell (on me or on my clothing) and I really feel great...I can walk briskly and dance up a storm and still breathe normally. Enjoy it...Congratulations, it was HARD WORK,..... KK

	Congrats; those of us who know you've been on this site awhile have been privileged to see all that you share with us. As an alcoholic, my treatment center told me TWENTY YEARS AGO, that cigarette smoking is a harder addiction to break than even cocaine. So proud of you, for this; Hope you've added years to your life, too!
