	yup, and the "powers that be" depend on it. Fear is running this country right now. I guess if I was joe american with a $400,000 house I can't afford...and never could, kids heading to college or sick...I'd be scared too. and since 90% of all americans fall into that category...Fear works great! Keeping people scared is a great way to keep them under control and beaten down. It's also a great way to keep the pot boiling for adding new ingredients to the stew we are in. Like: A $700 billion bail out that took all of 30 minutes to draft...after it took us 30 years to get in this mess. Americans like the "quick fix" the "instant gratification" and "no waiting at checkstand 5". Our president pulled a number out of his butt, $700 billion dollars, everybody went: "GASP!" and figured that should fix anything and it passed without a fight. Being scared is what our government wants, it keeps the masses off balance and gullible. DONT be scared...Be Prepared!
