This is a post about nothing. And yet to dwell on this point would make this endeavor frivolous as nothingness itself would become something of a subject and therefore not nothing. I suspect dwelling on some somethings have the same but reversed adverse effects. Although I really don't know. The only thing I know for sure is the very fact that I know nothing for sure, but I'm positive about that.

Kierkegaard wrote that we can be just as fooled in not believing in something real as believing in something we cannot see with our eyes.

If I believe in nothing, am I a nihilist?

If I believe in yesterday, am I a Beatle?

Could I write 200 words and still write nothing?

Nothing could be more difficult.

Nothing could not be more difficult.

I can close my eyes and think of the universe pictured in my mind's eye against a velvet black of nothing and take away all the planets and stars leaving nothing. But until I can take away the velvet black of nothing, I'll have nothing more to write. I'll have only more nothing to write.

This was a post about nothing. And nothing was left to the imagination.

You can't help it can you ???? hahahahhaha Make them write about their own mortal souls in the third person, make them enroll at college, where they will be forced to write creative things about a piece of driftwood, forced to write poems about their moods using colors like "cerulean," another word for blue. 	I wouldn't have said that myself, but there again it's not me who writes about nothing. Next time you should try to write about something, get out a bit more, live a little, get some inspiration from somewhere, even if you just take a look outside your own window. Go for it, open the curtains, you know you can do this and remember; you're not a 44 yr old obsolete mechanism anymore, you're 45 now. No need to thank me for my comment and did you know that the universe is larger than a whole elephant? It's true.
