	Your list was good news! All the criteria seemed reasonable. Was worried about the lady folks allowing me to keep my dogs. You know what they say around chere in the Blue Ridge Mountains . . . Sooner or later, you gonna find a replacement for a bad wife, but it is awfully durn hard to replace a good herd dog!
