	Regret.... a six letter word that acts like it has all the letter's in the alphabet and can eat away at us just as if it were a cancer. But if not gotten a grip on, it can literally eat us alive. So learn to pick yourself up off the floor, dust the seat of your pants off, start putting one foot in front of the other and go on. Regret is a good tool if used right, but if not, like any other tool can be destructive. Excellent blog Butterfly and keep those wings of yours moving. I can see you soaring with the eagles before long.

	Regrets......thats a tough one for anybody whos ever went thru divorce......but heres what ive found out......after years of looking things over.....im sure there are some things i might have changed if i only knew better.....but as i get older.....it seems those regrets just dont matter anymore.....and i guess thats a good thing.....cookie

	Yesterday is gone, I agree with others, just learn from it and move on. Don't make the mistakes again, don't dwell on them and feel sorry for yourself. Life is what you make it. Live for tomorrow and a brighter day. tc Lost

	Thank you everyone..your words are truly great..as I am learning to grow and understand myself a little better I have been trying to post the things i have or still have problems with..I dont regret my life at all...but regret for me comes in many ways..losing 2 sisters..1 brother my Dad as well as Step Dad..I look back and see that I still regret not being there when needed or not saying just the right word to ease pain..I regret not standing up to those who have hurt me..I regret not going back to nursing school..but as I go through life these days im trying to face things head on and deal with them once and for all...so thank you again for your comments..they are such a learning tool to me..and always welcomed
