Criminal activity?? What are you referring to??
What in the world allows another human being to stand at a distance and accuse others with whom she has never had contact, that they 'don't even know why they are voting??" Did a god whisper in your ear secret messages that gave you revelational knowledge while the rest of us are stuck with simply weighing evidence and making up our minds??
Stand back a second...take a breath...and read your blog from a distance. Can you hear the immense arrogance implicit in such writing? Whether intended or not, for another human to assume so much of so many...something impossible for a human to ever really know...your claims are as if you have god-blessed perception. And of course, you don't...
I don't even believe Pope's when they claim that....
And then think...if you don't want to pay for '(y)our mistakes'...what does that mean?? You're going to leave if he wins? You're going to do what??
Many people supporting Obama do so because the last 8 years have seen a real destruction of this country - morally, globally, economically, politically. There is still a small segment of the US who don't see this. That is fine. But the huge crowds showing up for Obama rallies isn't because he is a criminal...it's because for the majority of Americans, he represents a break not simply with the last 8 years, but with the last 200 years plus of race, class, and other divisions, manipulated by political parties.
People don't stand in crowds of 150,000 like last week in St Louis, or 100,000 in Denver yesterday, because they love standing in crowds. They know something is in the air...something is about to shift. We are the edge of a monumental historical event. And for so many, it is like a nightmare that is ending. Not just Bush and group...a long dysfunctional history within the world's most complicated democracy that has a pretty face, but a deeply decayed underbelly.
I'm sure for that small segment of the US that still wants to believe Bush is doing a good job, it is like a nightmare coming. I'm sorry for that...but I'll be glad to help you get through it. Let me know if warm milk and cookies is all ya need...
