The Annenberg Challenge and the Woods Fund of Chicago funded numerous controversial groups while Barack Obama served on their boards between 1995 and 2002, an analysis of their tax returns shows.
...Hussein Obama as a part-time director of The Woods Fund of Chicago, it gave $75,000 to ACORN, the voter registration group now under investigation for voter fraud in 12 states.
...Woods Fund also gave $6,000 to the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, which Obama attended. The reason for the donation to the church is unclear -- it is simply listed as "for special purposes" in the group's IRS tax form.
...it also gave a further $60,000 to the Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern University, which was founded and run by Bernardine Dohrn, the wife of domestic terrorist William Ayers and, with her husband, a former member of the 1960s radical group the Weather Underground.
...donations also included $50,000 to the Small Schools Network -- which was founded by Ayers and run by Michael Klonsky, a friend of Ayers' and the former chairman of the Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), an offshoot of the 1960s radical group Students for a Democratic Society
...and $40,000 to the Arab American Action Network, which critics have accused of being anti-Semitic.
The group mentions other goals in its grant application to the Annenberg Challenge:
"Our children need to understand the historical context of our struggles for liberation from those forces that seek to destroy us," one page of the application reads.

Exsecratus, another group recently announced and is friends of Ayers that Obama gave to in the amount of $70K was leaked out and of course he's not wanting publicity, as the fellow is a professor and a Muslim in an Illinois College. Of course Fox News is the only station announcing this news. Along with this, the Times News is refusing to release a tape showing Obama's support at a dinner where a former terrorist became a teacher at the same college, hmmmmm go figure. Ayers attended the dinner too. Geeez does it get any better? tc Lost

If you hold people to being who they were 30 years ago...guess we'd have to give back Mendela's Nobel Peace Prize?
Oh wait...we aren't what we were. Never have been. Never will be. We change everyday, and become other than we were.
Why the desire to impose the past on the present? Why list only the projects you disagree with instead of the entire list? Well heck...cuz distorting claims requires distorting data. Why not focus on the Republicans on those boards and work Obama did with them??

Bush was a drunken spoiled college kid experimenting with cocaine. Do you measure him by that use and the circle of fools he hung around with then??
Fox spends time on stories others don't because their audience is largely made up of people who love looking in the dirt. Does that do the dirt lookers some sort of service? Only if you think keeping people diverted from real issues and real needs is a useful thing to do.

Observed If you have a Phd it is for Post Hole Digger your observations are way out there.
1. The Rev Wright was right up to the present until a month ago.
2. His association on the board was up until he ran for Senate office with the has been terrorist.
3. The 300,000 dollars he got to buy his home and the sweetheart deal he got on that home from a convicted felon was not that long ago
4. He has released none of his college thesis or grades of medical records, why not, others even Hillary did.
5. His own book stated that Marxist theology resounded within him and his redistribution of wealth supports the idea.
Well I can list a lot more but since you will reject anything anyway I will not bother
