What three nites of good, solid sleep can do for someone! I feel happy, energetic... and most of all relaxed. I can make decisions easier and not waffle as much. I'm not cranky or high strung as usual. I'm not a danger on the road. I feel like fixing dinner instead of a sandwich. I feel great! I hope I can keep it up! Sleep is something I have not been getting enough of, and maybe I've knocked off this looming winter depression for a little while! Yay for me!
