I’d like to open a bottle of wine,
And I’d like to share it with you,
We could drink it and put the world to rights,
And when that bottle was through,

We could open up another,
And chat ‘till we make no sense,
Sipping on ruby liquid,
while putting in our two cents.

We’ll see who is the first to slur,
Laughing when we do,
Just two friends and a bottle of wine,
With nothing else to do.
