Depending on your interpretation of the question, either answer could be right.

Water moccsins are ovoviviparous, with females giving birth to 1-16 live young and possibly as many as 20. However, they do produce eggs, only they retain the eggs inside their body during the incubation process. [/U]

You are right about kudzu . We had a horrible drought in the Asheville, NC area in 1986. We did not have any measurable precipitation from February 11 to June 19. Prior to the drought, there were 29 Grade A daires in the county. I owned a Grade A goat dairy and cheese creamery. The NC DOT let me harvest kudzu off their road right-of-ways and the National Park Service let me browze my goats in areas where kudzu was getting into the boundaries of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were able to maintain our cheese production, and the milk actually had a higher butterfat and solids content. By July of 1986 there only three Grade A dairies left in Buncombe County, NC. We were one of them!
