That seems like a fair question...Why isn't it possible and forthcoming...reasons given seem kinda "whisey-washey" to me.
Seems their point was made at the end of the article...

	Well most likley the same reason he won't produce an actually Birth Cert, Grades from college, and number of other things.....It is all about him and him alone!!!! The "One"~~~~~~~~am just glad that 95% of us are going to get a piece of all the wealth in this country!!!!!!!
