How many times in our lives have we taken things for granted? Things like the ability to walk, talk, smell, taste; etc. Over the past few weeks I had been hospitalized twice with back problems and truly wondered if I was going to need surgery; would I need surgery; or worse yet, heaven forbid, would I be paralyzed? While I was in the hospital I saw people ALOT worse off then I was; with limbs missing or in body braces.

We walk everyday without even thinking about it, and there are so many that can't. We talk everyday without even thinking about it, and there are so many that can't (or shouldn't sometimes! lol) We even take those that are in our lives for granted; family members, friends and co-workers. I have lost people in my life that I regret never telling them one last time that I loved them, or say goodbye to them, or resolved some difference with them or even talk with them. Well, I am not going to let that happen anymore.

Those of you who have gotten to know me or seen me on here know how I am and usually speak my mind. Many of you I have come to consider almost like family, or very close friends. Others know that I will not tolerate them or block them and not lose any sleep over it. Life is too short and too precious to deal with alot of the things we deal with on a daily basis. Live every day to its' fullest, and don't forget to tell someone how you feel.

Excellent words. I do hope that we can all take a little something from them and make our personal world better for ourselves, and others in our lives. Life is better if we learn not to take so much for granted.. thanks enjoyed this alot,

OH geeez War I know what you are going through, had five back surgeries myself, at one point I could only move my eyes. Had a great surgeon and now I can ride horses and do anything I want. So hang in there, listen to the docs they know what they are doing even if it the therapy sounds stupid. I'm back to dancing and mowing my own lawn and feel great, I don't even know I had the surgeries anymore so all might turn out fine for ya and believe me, for awhile I was wondering if I was gonna make it. So tomorrow is another day, I hope things get better. take care Lost
