I never let my MD emails pile up. I clean them everyday. Sometimes I wished that I didn't, because I sometimes want to go back and find a certain email. But it is such a habit. I am that way with all my emails except my most private email addy and I keep those. I like to ruminate every now and then on the old emails.

I clean emails out here at MD every day or 2.
I used to dump the trash folder every now & then, but then MD got to regularly doing that for us & I quit. I've noticed it's been a while since MD did a purge now.
