	Loneliness is actually an experience, isn't it? Is it who we are or is it a stepping stone on our travels through life? As with any experience, it can become who we are...but from your words I see that you are learning from it. I sure could use some learning. How else can we learn if not from experience...thank you for sharing this, it is insight to the soul. Simple, but clear.

	Loneliness...can be a way of life the longer i'm alone, the more barriers i throw up to loneliness. the dog isn't much of a conversationalist, but he can make noises. a trip to the store, gas station, or restaurant always involves a conversation with somebody--- one of the perks of living in a small town.

	The unending hurt Those who have been alone ~~~~Understand~~~~ Wow, heavy. I was lonely once in fact it was last Sunday. It lasted nearly an hour. I didn't like that feeling so I very quickly shook it off and moved on. I think some people like lonliness and live for it. What a waste of time that is.

	Sometimes Butterfly you just have to look at the source of the comment and shake your head. If the truth be known, they truly are lonely themselves. For if they where not, they would show some empathy. Ignore them and listen to those who encourage and lift you up. These are the kind of people you associate yourself with. But, I know you already knew this.

	The world is lonely most during the holidays.......that is the saddest thing but the truth........times are hard right now and people are just getting by.....to find your loved ones and whether it be friends and family or just holiday blues which everyone gets........they all know the sad truth to be alone
