You know it’s days like these when I realise that I can’t just turn into a miserable, isolated, alcoholic and then blog about my depressed state; how it’s everyone else’s fault, and how the world and all the people have wronged me.
I just can't.
My leg and I were busy clearing out the dining room yesterday. It took three half hearted days, but I was determined to get it done. I had to lift all the furniture myself so if I can’t walk today, I’ll reconsider paragraph one.
I’ve finished hanging the curtains and it’s starting to resemble ‘home’ at last, but it still doesn’t feel right, I know it never will. Home is where the heart is and mine, most definitely, isn’t here.
Ooh I had those funny vibes yesterday, those ’'something good’s about to happen'’ ones. I do'nt know what it’s all about, but there will be three of them I’m sure.
Now anyone can sit around all day thinking ‘’what’s the point making someone a cake, they’ll only eat it?’’
But I won’t, I’m off to bake that cake...
...because I can.
