I have read blogs and wrote bloggs on this and other sites, i was ran off one site for simply asking....How did this site turn into what it is? Why is there a allways a blogger who crowns themself or herself score keeper? if someone wants to write a blog about politics, or against what you believe in, why write a corasponding blogg trying to ralley others? or accuse them of having mental problems ect. cant we just agree to disagree. I Joined this site to meet someone. Not get into a daily pissing contest with some other member who lives thousands of miles away who dosn't matter in the grand scheam of things. what do you think? Who makes the rules?

I do have responsiblity (see above) for how I choose to react to the things I have no control over.
To accept the control of myself, is the hallmark of a person confident in themself and self assured that my world is in control. If I allow the rants and postings of others to get under my skin, and go frothing at the mouth or posting "double doo doo to you", is to allow my power to be usurped by others. Weak minded arguments, end with name calling.
And, in my limited experience, the self assured, self controlled, self powered person,,,, always has the advantage with the ladies.
Now, you go and make your own rules. You have the authority over yourself, and how you will react to the small minded actions of others.
So, are you a warrior,,,, or a plebe? Decide for yourself, and act for yourself.

I agree with KY. For the most part, there is an amazingly awesome bunch of folks on this site. You're always going to find a bad apple or two in any barrel. Then there are a very few that just try to create hate and discontent with any and everybody, no matter what the situation. For those kind, give them the wind...no time is worth wasting on them.
A select few try their damnedest to create heartache for certain people, but if the word is passed around and the good members pay attention and police their own backyard, those people are never going to be successful in their attempts to trash others. They may think they are, but truth is, people are laughing at them and they just aren't smart enough to realize it.
As for rules, MD has setup guidelines for all to follow. Some do, some don't. Most have crossed those lines at one time or another and problems are handled, people are dealt with and life goes on. I know I have broken rules in the past and taken the consequences, no problem.  Shhh Mod!
With the many and varied personalities you find on a site like this, I think management does about as good a job here as they do on any site. Some problems take more time to handle than others and some problems are just difficult to solve at all. We all have our gripes from time to time, but I think MD staff does a great job overall.
I believe the rules are every members responsibility. If something isn't covered in the rules or is questionable, it's your responsibility to contact the site and ask for guidance or clarification. If you are aware of serious violations of the rules or outright scams, you should contact MD and report it. I believe MD is open to suggestions to improve the rules/site as well.
Through submission of positive input to MD, working with MD staff, other members and your personal friends, we can all help make MD a more enjoyable site.

if someone living 1000 miles away who you have no interest in posts something negitive or a counter blog....... why would that even matter, based on what you said, it shouldnt!
No matter what you say, do, or write...... someone will be offended and try to start something........ goes with the freedom of anonymonity! ........... accept the fact that the net is full of fktrfds (like me) , and do ya thing!
and BTW.......
asking questions in blogs is not allowed and strictly forbidden !

The High and Mighty rein here like they do on any site because people aren't feeding them the attention they want so they do it but counter blogs and negativity. Worst part with that is they make themselves less desirable for potential partners. I think a lot of people have forgotten that this is a dating site and tend to just do their own thing, say whatever they want, and then cry 'cause they can't find anyone. BTW, I am going to go write a counter-blog to this one... just because I can

Don't let them bother ya anymore. I stopped letting them get to me. Because I know that those people are probably the ones who have no outside life whatsoever and their entire existence is solely based on who they pissed off of MD.

im new here and have wrote a few blogs even had the nerve to come out and write a blog about my manic bi-polar but if it helps just one person reading it that has or know someone suffering from this it is worth it, i dont let people get to me i do not give a shhhhhhhhhhh what they comment a=on anything i post on here, we are all on here for different reasons, i enjoy the internet and meeting new people so say what you will about my blogs i think its rather childish myself, i did have one rude comment on my blog about dale earnhardt sr but i didnt let it bother me im not like that, ooooo no wait a minute what was that you said about me lmao

As long as people have the right to say something...let them....you can always ignore the ones you don't want to hear.....it's just sad though that when name calling gets involved...all reason has gone out the window!
Weak minded arguments, end with name calling.
is the best thing this blogger has said....and as long as we are on MD..those are the rules..all other is just opinions...oh wait...IRS has rules too...but interpretating them is a matter of opinion..so ...when someone says something agressive...don't respond..just pat them on the head and go on....carefully so they won't bite your hand tho!!!lol!

I'm not sure if it's about making the rules or enforcing them. People target others all the time and make up nonsense but it goes on day after day. I feel sorry for those who believe the nonsense, but it's their choice. Anyone can spin something very innocent into a huge drama, but what for?? It's all about choices.
