Well, I tried! My attorneys told me yesterday that I need to take some of the money from an anticipated massive court settlement and get out of Jawja. I immediately sent an email to the Governor of North Carolina asking for the necessary paperwork to apply for political asylum. The North Carolina State email server interpreted it as a Nigerian scam letter. There must be a way!

You see I have fond memories of my ten years in Western North Carolina. Still have lots of friends there. North Carolina is a beautiful state with diverse natural scenary. It has an outstanding educational system. The politicians of all political parties generally hold moderate views and are honest. What I remember most were the wonderful neighbors around our farm. We never thought about locking the doors when we went to town. Everybody looked out for everybody else. On weekends the folks in Beech Community would hold pot luck suppers, folk dances or just sit around playing Blue Grass music. We bartered home-baked bread, vegetables, chickens, trout and cheese among ourselves. I never realized what a utopia we had there until my ex-wife threatened to divorce me if we didn't move away.

My friends in North Carolina have done me a big favor since then too. Whenever a crooked Jawja cop called them up to tell them I was a serial killer, child mollester or terrorist, they would pretend to believe the liar, but carefully write the details of the telephone conversation, knowning that Bubba Mountain Lion would sooner or later get the scumbags in a courtroom under oath.

Now this part of the story is not funny at all. but should be told. One 32 year old mother of two, who lived in Andrews, NC (Nantahala Mountains) paid a horrible price that would someday expose the corruption in Jawja. They should put up a statue of her in Andrews. In August of 2000 I saw her profile on Yahoo and sent her a short note. I never heard back. I had no date that weekend, so I decided to take my dog fishing and camping in the North Carolina Mountains. I called some friends in Asheville to see if they would be there on Sunday.

At the last minute, I had to change my plans. My late mother came down with pneumonia and so I rushed down to South Metro Atlanta to be with her in the hospital. I forgot to tell my friends in Asheville that I wouldn't be stopping a by.

A local law enforcement officer illegally entered my home and obtained some personal items. He then gave them to a Georgia State law enforcement officer, who then delivered them to hired killers. While I was in my mother's hospital room, the Andrews, NC woman was brutally tortured and murdered at a remote lake resort. Items from my house were left at the crime scene. Simultaneously, an official in the headquarters of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation entered false data into the computer of their Crime Information System, that stated that I had been convicted of several violent crimes, and was believed to be a psychopathic killer.

The next month, an FBI agent posing as an accountant in Blairsville, GA asked me out for a date. She was from the North Carolina Mountains, part Cherokee, and could have easily passed for the older sister of a North Carolina lassie now living in Georgia, whom everybody adores on Match Doctor. She suggested that we go parking at that same cursed lake resort. After we got there, she quickly realized that I was a Leave to Beaver, Eagle Scout type, and knew nothing about the crime. That is when I learned about the murder near where we parked. I really liked that FBI agent, but unfortunately never saw her again.

A couple of months later, a cousin of mine in Hollywood, was doing a movie in Jawja and somehow discovered that the false information was in the GBI computer. Furious, I called the GBI and demanded that it be removed. The Assistant Director of the CIS quickly removed the lies. Two weeks later his parents in Gainesville, GA were murdered in their beds. He soon retired from the GBI at age 38.

After several years of such failed attempts, the certain crooked officials in the GBI decided that the only way to be sure of framing me was to put a tracking device in my car so they would be certain of creating a crime, where I had been. That just makes the State of Georgia's legal exposure even worse today.

At this moment over a 123 brutal murders during the past 20 years in the Georgia and North Carolina Mountains are being investigated by Federal authorities. Newspapers, coroners, local law enforcement and state tourism agencies have been covering up the crimes up for years, because they didn't want the tourists scared away. The kidnapping and beheading of Meridith Emerson last January near where I live, brought the attention of the media and Feds. I should close in saying that there are plenty of honest cops in Georgia, but they have been terrorized by the crooked cops in positions of power, and need the help of honest citizens and dedicated attorneys to bring this reign of terror to a just end.

What do you know that is causing these officials to hunt you and harass you so much? I would think a huge lawsuit would be the order of the day.

What I know is that Georgia law enforcement officials helped hide Olympic Games bomber Eric Rudolph in Rome, GA while the FBI was spending millions of dollars looking for him in western North Carolina. Rudolph lived in our neighborhood in Rome for months during 1998-1999 before we realized who he was. He road his yellow mountain bike past my house everyday. He had a black leatherette vinyl box attached to the handle bars, with a cable running from the box to underneath his coat. For a long time, we thought he was just one of the many unfriendly transients, who seem attracted to historic Rome. However, when he continued to wear the coat in 90 degree summer weather, we started looking at him closer. The two professors in my neighborhood, who contacted the Rome Police directly paid a heavy price. One came home to find her house burned. The other, a male, was almost killed in a car wreck because his brakes were tampered with. Two days later, we saw six Rome patrol cars chasing Rudolph, who was now on a motorbike. He escaped by going down the steep banks of the Etowah River and following an abandoned railroad right of way out of town.

Rudolph returned to Rome in March of 2000. On March 13, the same thing was done to my brakes that had been done to my friends. Fortunately, I was only going around 10 mph when they failed and was able to avoid an accident. However, it cost me $1600 to repair the braking system. As soon as I could find a town where I felt safe, Jasper, GA, I bought a house there. That is where I live now.
