I came across a profile of someone that seemed interesting. As I read further, seems she is a pharmaceutical rep. Lost all interest. Would you?

What is it about them that would turn you off? How about giving us a bit more info so we can make an informed comment.

Ya, no kidding and lots of freebies from paper pads to cups, you'd have plenty to last a lifetime. Take care Lost

a pharmaceutical rep goes to doctors offices and bribes them with gifts and goodies...food, takes them to dinners, on junkets ect to get them to write scrips for drugs that company sells. Thats why, when you go to a doctor, he writes a scrip that costs $140 instead of an $8 generic.

I love those ink pens. Wish I knew someone who was a rep. Would be friends in a heartbeat.

On one hand I would say she is like the proverbial used car salesperson, except she doesn't lie and bs like them. She just adds incentives.

On the other hand she is selling a product that may, and that's a big MAY, be better than other drugs on the market. Though way overpriced to compensate for said incentives.

I have had a script go from $98 to $4 for the generic version.

In the end it would depend on what her measurements are and 1 to 10 scale.

I was a vacuum cleaner salesman for over 30 tears. Maybe that's why I am still single.

As a "finish carpenter" perhaps she should be biased on your profession as to being only a finisher...can't start anything.... and works for self since can't work for anyone else....Must not be able to get along with co-workers so had to be his own boss...no one else could stand him...Does this sound like jumping to conclusions??? You did..so why can't any potential date take your profile and rip it apart because of "preconceived" ideas of what you say and what they perceive??? Remember...what goes for the goose goes for the gander!!!

I think the prescription is for the correct medicine to 'cure' whatever you went in for. The choice of a generic drug is between you, the pharmacy and (should you have insurance) your insurance company.
Unless medically necessary, a good doctor will discuss generics. Take for example, antibiotics... if you have a serious sinus infection, do you risk saving $100 for a generic drug that they say 'does the same thing' ?

How many times did you say "This job sucks..."

Was that tears or years?

Pharmaceutical rep is what my dealer calls himself, too.
