Likely in Texas. That is a stunning photo.
Do a Google search of bluebonnet images and you'll see lots of dandy shots. Those fields must be beautiful to experience in person.

It reminds me of when I lived in Brenham Texas as a kid.
The Bluebonnets looked awesome as you looked over the cow pastures.
