My kids are grown and doing quite well on their own thank goodness. I am very proud of them and they are good, responsible adults. I lost my little companion Scooter a few days before Christmas 2007. The ice storm, the loss of power for over 8 days and her failing health, it was just too much for her...all just days before Christmas...I miss the little scamp horribly, but will certainly never forget her.
Continued from basics due to running out of room - I honestly believe that a GOOD relationship is based on honesty, fidelity, trust, fun, friendship and most of all giving your partner genuine love!)
I live very close to a large lake and spend much time either on the boat in the lake, or just driving around enjoying the view that the lake provides. I have a few favorite places I can escape to, backwoods areas that are not frequented by the general population....that I love to visit for the peace and quiet one can enjoy at those places, and I love watching the wildlife in its natural surroundings. Can't think of a more pleasant way to spend down time, unless it includes spending it with you ;>) |

Work sucks...all I wanna do is play....care for a round of mud wrestling??
Retired IT professional, fat, sassy, and independent. I now do woodworking projects to keep myself out of most trouble. I also buy, repair and resale antique clocks, as well as make new clocks. Early retirement has afforded me the opportunity to do those things I enjoy most, which is being outside or just taking a drive to a secluded spot on the lake. It doesn't really matter whether it be walking the dog, or watching the abundant wildlife I am lucky enough to share my space with. |

Fun, attractive, funny, honest, nice hams...loyal. But seriously...
She would possess at least some of the qualities and traits that I do, and honesty, trustworthy, monogamous and loyal would be on top of the list. I honestly believe that a great relationship is based on honesty, fidelity, trust, having fun, friendship and most of all giving your partner genuine love! Without these things, I don't believe 2 people can have a meaningful relationship. It would be nice if we shared some common interests, but also had individual interests, as everyone needs some alone time and space occasionally. |
