In all fairness I do feel I should say I smoke and am retired so if you are the same that's a huge bonus for us. I also stand 5.11 in my heels so if your tall that's good. As I live 5 minutes from a warm ocean and also have the tropical mountain not far away plus one of my two sons lives close by with his family, the matter of relocating permaently isn't what I want to do. However there are ways around it such as sharing homes for various months if you don't want to relocate or we could figure something out.
