I enjoy both creative and athletic pursuits. You may find me breaking boards at karate class in the morning then slipping into a blazer to catch a show at the Ordway that evening. I don’t get to vacation nearly as much as I’d like, but when I do travel it’s to a tropical location. There’s nothing like the sound of rolling waves messaging the shore along the beach or the thrill of tasting an exotic new cuisine at a quiet restaurant.
I use my creative and analytical sides in my work. It’s so rewarding to work side-by-side with a team and stimulate the imagination of others. I also enjoy writing, painting, photography, and music of all kinds.
I move with a sense of purpose and others notice this and often ask me to lead – whether at work or elsewhere. People are comfortable around me. If there is a group standing by the street, I am the one a stranger will stop to ask directions. Once, when I travelled to New York City for the first time, I stepped out of my taxi from the airport, and sure enough somebody stopped to ask me for directions. I hadn’t even been in town twenty minutes!
To me, the most fun is found in simple gatherings with friends and family at home over a rib-eye and my special Caribbean-style butter baked yams, and then make each other laugh until the tears run. Or, we might pop in a DVD with a crackling fire as cozy background music. I have many lifelong friends, but prefer to keep my intimate circle small. However, if you are exceptional and we are compatible, then I’d like to meet you in the flesh.
