I'm a pretty laid back person. I'm a pretty sarcastic person I guess you could say. I enjoy getting out of the house, and doing things outside, whether it be snowmobiling, or skiing, or boating and jetskiing. I also love a good movie, and probably watch more movies than I should, but I'm a big movie buff. My favorite movie is Fried Green Tomatoes, my "new" movie favorite is the Harry Potter Series. It's like an addiction! I'm a laugh-o-holic. I can't go a day without laughing. Even if I have to just say "Ha Ha Ha Ha" to myself over and over again, until I eventually start laughing. It works every time ! Try it sometime! I love to laugh with someone who is important to me. My best friend and I laugh together on a daily basis! We have a crazy sense of humor. A lot of things that aren't necessarily funny to others are funny to us. Like ravioli's.....I'm an avid texter! But what 20 something isn't! I love to text. I do it quite often. It's my way of communicating. I would rather text than talk on the phone. I'm a pretty optimistic person, but I'm also shy. I'm a quiet person, and I keep to myself a lot. You won't find me at the front of the party, you'll probably find me more towards the middle. I know how to lead the party if necessary, and I am more likely to do so if I'm comfortable with the people I'm with. I'm BIG on comfort. I love to be comfortable, I have to be. Whether its in my home, in my job, with my friends, wherever. I have to be comfortable. I'm independent. I don't rely on others for much. I try to do most things for myself. | I am a CNA at a well respected nursing home in Eau Claire. I work 3rd shift, so I work from 10 p.m. til 6 a.m., so that kind of makes having a "life" difficult, but I manage. I'm usually in bed by 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. and awake by 7:00 p.m. to get ready for work. I enjoy my job. I work with some great people, and some great residents. The best part about 3rd shift is that I don't have all of the "responsibilities" that the day shift does, so I get a chance to know my residents that are "3rd shift people" and my co-workers a little bit better. Theres only a couple residents that are actually "awake" and "up" while I'm there, so I get a chance to really get to know them and form that bond with them that gets formed when you're caring for them on a regular basis. My co-workers are pretty cool too. The LPN on my shift is pretty cool. We joke around a LOT, which is important to me. Healthcare is a very demanding profession, and being able to work with someone as cool as the LPN I work with, someone I can joke around and have a good time with, while being professional at the same time, really makes the night go by faster and makes it easier to deal with the problems that tend to arise working with the public. Plus, the relationship the LPN and I have formed makes communication much easier. Insted of being afraid to approach them with a problem/question, I am more comfortable with them, and am able to approach them much easier, which makes my life a whole lot easier! I have a pretty good job overall! Plus, its 3rd shift, which is great! I'm TOTALLY a night person! I love to be awake all night and sleep all day! Yay for 3rd shift! |

| My idea of a great date is just hitting it off right off the bat. You know in the first 10 minutes of a date if something is going well and whether or not the date is going to go in a good direction or a bad direction. Maybe going out somewhere a little out of the ordinary, dinner and a movie would be fine with me, but I like to do stuff that's not "ordinary" on dates. Swimming, boating, jetskiing, taking walks, beach parties, lots of stuff. Don't get me wrong. I like the occasional movie, but I love to have a good time. | I'm just lookin for someone pretty laid back, definately open minded. Someone who is okay with sitting on the couch watching tv, or going out and watching a movie somewhere. Hm. I love to get out of the house, bowling, skating, skiing, whatever, and so someone who would enjoy that would be great. I definately enjoy a video game now and then, but I'd rather do something else. I love to try new things, and someone who could either teach me, or be willing to try them with me would be great....And it's okay if you just wanna stand on the sidelines and laugh at me when I fall and break something :) I really wanna learn how to snowboard and water ski so someone who can teach me would be cool, or at least someone who knows how so we can go together ;-) Someone whos into kids. My nephew is my world, and my niece is due at the end of April, and she's a really big part of my life right now. I'm REALLY excited to have a niece to spoil and love! I love kids. I want someone honest, and caring. Isn't that a generic statement? lol. I want someone who can enjoy me for who I am, and not who the want me to be, or who I may be in the future. I think Jo Dee Messina says it best with her song, Stand Beside Me "I want a man that stands beside me Not in front of or behind me Give me two arms that want to hold me not own me And Ill give all the love in my heart Stand beside me Be true dont tell lies to me Im not lookin for a fantasy I want a man that who stands beside me" That's all I'm really looking for. Someone to be the other half, not someone to tell me what to do, or to stand idly by. Someone whos going to be true to me, whos going to hold me, and someone whos honest.
