| I work very closely with a not-for-profit housing organization that assists city dwellers with housing issues. I'm also very interested in local and federal politics and try to stay active in campaigns and issues that would benefit New Yorkers with housing issues. I think that home ownership is not the American dream for all, just basic, clean housing is for some and it gives my great pleasure to help those in need to help find it. Dealing with the stumbling blocks provided by several city and state agencies keep one frustrated and it also keeps you on your toes. However, in the end a positive result is worth it. |
